• Participants who have completed the race will be able to download their personalized certificate (with runners' time, position in his/her category, position in his/her gender and position in overall race) from www.checkpointspot.asia once official results have been published.
• E-Certificate is valid for a year from the event date.

1. The Organizer reserves the right to limit and refuse entry.
2. All participants are responsible for their own safety during the event. The organizer shall not be liable for any death, damages to loss of such person's property.
3. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and time of the event. There will be no fee refund if the event is cancelled for whatever reason.
4. Top 10 winner are required to be present at the designated winner's holding area for prize giving ceremony.
5. The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage to belongings deposited at the baggage tent.
6. The Organizer will issue the T-Shirt size as indicated in the registration form. Sizes are provided based on a first come first serve basis. In the event when he sizes are unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with others sizes without prior notice.
7. Strictly no changes on T-Shirt size once registered.
8. Registration fee is not refundable once registered.
9. No race kits collection on event day.
