Date : From 2:00pm Friday, 8th Nov until 11:00pm Saturday, 10th Nov 2019

Venue : Tanjung Bidara, Masjid Tanah, Melaka (Secretariat tent)

200km - Participant of 200km category will do 2 loops of the 100km course. For each loop, distance from the starting line to midway CP at Lendu is 50km and return to Tanjung Bidara to complete the 100km loop.

150km - Participant of 150km category will do 1.5 loops of the 100km course. For first loop, distance from the starting line to midway CP at Lendu is 50km and return to Tanjung Bidara to complete the 100km loop. Then continue the run 25km to CP3 (Ayer Molek) and return to Tanjung Bidara to complete 150km distance.

100km - Participant of 100km category will do 1 loops of the 100km course. Distance from the starting line to midway CP at Lendu is 50km and return to Tanjung Bidara to complete the 100km loop.

50km - Participants of 50km category will run 25km to midway CP at Ayer Molek and return to Tanjung Bidara to complete the 50km course.

30km - Participants of 30km will run 15km from Tanjung Bidara to CP2 at Kg Tengah and then return to Tanjung Bidara.

Participants of all categories are required to bring the following item during the race:

Only the 150km and 200km participant is allowed to have support vehicle with max 4 crews including driver

Support crew or 3rd party is not allowed to pace the runner

Support vehicle must have a piece of A4 sized notice which display “RACE IN PROGRESS” on the windscreen and also on the rear windscreen

Support vehicle is not allowed to tail the runner

No refund once payment has been made

Bib transfer is allowed until 31st Aug 2019 only and RM50 processing fee is applicable

No request will be entertained after the date to ensure we have enough time to assign bib numbers and make corrections to our database.

DQ
  • Cheating (selling your bib, using other people bib, take shortcut, take vehicle)
  • Reach the finishing line more than cutoff time. You are still a finisher but your status will be displayed as DQ. We will only wait for you for the next one hour after the cutoff time.
  • Create any harm to other participant or organizer or come with disturbing behavior.
  • Not comply with mandatory item.
DNF SOP
Please help to inform the nearest Check Point if you want to DNF. They will be transport to fetch you on best effort basis. Transfer vehicle will move in schedule, if you cannot wait, you may need to arrange your own transport to return back to base.
