Innovative Malaysians will not let MCO stopped them from running. If we can’t run outdoor, we just need to improvise and run indoor. Let’s get everyone in your house to join CheckPoint Spot Lockdown Challenge. Together let’s see many KMs would Malaysians could accumulate together throughout this MCO.
Registration start: 5 April 2020
Registration close: Until the end of MCO
Participants can choose to make a small donation meant for our Frontliners during registration. The amount donated will be subjected to an administrative fee of 6% or minimum RM2.
The challenge requires you to run or walk 1KM within your house compound every day. You can run around on your treadmill, around your dining table or up/down your staircase. Be creative in how you can complete your 1KM. Choose a different method every day. Imagine you are running along a vast highway today, your feet touching the cool sand on the beach tomorrow and pushing yourself through the beaten trail the next day.
Time your run with your watch and take a video of each of your run. Keep your run to only 1KM as we want all Malaysians to be able to do it. After you are done, submit your time and video to us. Everyone can submit 1KM run daily. Be honest with your run time.
We will accumulate all the Kilometres that everyone submitted for this challenge. At the end of lockdown, we will give all participants a memorable e-certificate with the total distances that Malaysians managed to accumulate.
Leaderboard will be processed once a day and results for all runners that have submitted before cut off will be tabulated. An overall leaderboard will also be shown!
